Allan Low has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner. Low, who was previously with Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, focuses on real estate finance, transactions and real estate development projects. He graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1986.
Moscone Emblidge & Sater has added Matthew Yan as an associate. Formerly with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Yan focuses on a wide range of litigation matters including commercial litigation, employment law, environmental and land use law, civil rights and defamation. He is a 2008 graduate of Boston University School of Law.
