John Sullivan is getting out of the trial-lawyer-bashing business, announcing earlier this month that he’d be leaving his job as president of the Civil Justice Association of California at year’s end.
Christopher Dolan, president of the Consumer Attorneys of California, offered at least a half-measure of respect while noting that Sullivan had “been singularly dedicated to eradicating my profession.”
