It earned revenues of $129 million in the third quarter of 2010, up from $100.9 million during the same period last year.
LEGAL TEAM AND OUTSIDE COUNSEL
Bryan Ko, 39, became general counsel in 2008 and soon began re-evaluating the department’s legal expenses and outside counsel relationships. As a result of those efforts and the favorable settlement of several patent cases, he was able to report a drop of 42 percent in the company’s costs for outside counsel.
