SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Juniper Networks Inc. when the Sunnyvale company agreed to acquire Belden Inc.’s Trapeze Networks, a wireless local area network business, for $152 million in cash.
