SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Ropes & Gray and Latham & Watkins are teaming up to represent Los Gatos-based Sadra Medical Inc. in its acquisition by Boston Scientific Corp., the companies announced today.
Managing Partner Geoffrey Leonard led Ropes & Gray’s team from its San Francisco office. He’s been representing Sadra, which develops aortic valve replacements, since it was incorporated in 2003. Associates Keith Bauman and Alison Sylvester assisted on the deal.
