SAN FRANCISCO – Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe employment attorney Lynne Hermle is better known for representing employers than for plaintiffs’ class action work.
But Wednesday the Palo Alto partner filed a class action against a San Francisco immigration lawyer on behalf of all the clients he’s represented and allegedly defrauded for the past two years. The lawsuit was announced Wednesday during a news conference with San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera, who concurrently sued the attorney on behalf of the city.
