Kristian Bornemann and Harold Hagen have joined Bryan Cave as counsel in the firm’s real estate capital markets group. Bornemann, who was previously with Wells Fargo Bank’s commercial mortgage group, received his J.D. in 1994 from Brooklyn Law School. Hagen, who graduated in 1995 from University of Minnesota Law School, comes to the firm from Dechert.

The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association has installed its Board of Governors for the 2010-2011 bar year. The California members include: President Paul Hirose , of counsel with Perkins Coie in Los Angeles; Secretary Bijal Vakil , executive partner in charge of White & Case’s Silicon Valley office; and Treasurer Camilla Eng , general counsel at JM Eagle in Los Angeles.
