SAN FRANCISCO — Hogan Lovells is expanding its corporate and life sciences practices in the Bay Area with the addition of Laura Berezin as a partner in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Berezin was formerly a partner at Cooley in Palo Alto, where she co-headed the firm’s investment banking group.
