SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Dewey & LeBoeuf ‘s Silicon Valley, Frankfurt and London offices are representing eBay Inc. in its acquisition of brands4friends, Germany’s largest online shopping club.
The all-cash deal is valued at about $200 million, and is aimed at strengthening eBay’s position as a leading online fashion destination in Europe.
