The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment. The court held that an organization of volunteer activists who posed as children on the Internet and waited for contact by adults soliciting them for sexual activity was not an agent of law enforcement for purposes of the entrapment defense.

Law enforcement officers conducted a sting operation that was aimed at catching a sexual predator who was preying on a young girl through the Internet. Officers were contacted by Perverted Justice (PJ), volunteers for which posed on the Internet as children and waited for adults who were soliciting sexual activity from children to contact them.
