Gordon & Rees has selected David Capell and Linda Moroney to serve as the managing partner and assistant managing partner, respectively, of the San Francisco office.
Capell will continue to serve as the chair of the firm’s national insurance group. He graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1984.
