SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers for DLA Piper in East Palo Alto are handling the initial public offering for Velti, a San Francisco and Dublin, Ireland-based provider of mobile marketing and advertising technology.
Peter Astiz , global co-chair of DLA Piper’s technology sector practice, led the legal team along with M&A partner Edward Batts . They were assisted by associates Jenny Kim and Jordan Coleman in the San Francisco office.
