SAN FRANCISCO — Facebook Inc. will be moving to a much bigger home, the 11-building, 57-acre Menlo Park campus that once housed Sun Microsystems Inc. And lawyers from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker ; Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe ; SSL Law Firm ; and Shartsis Friese got to handle various aspects of the real estate deal.
Paul, Hastings represented Facebook with a legal team led by real estate partner Stephen Berkman and associates Michael Kovaleski and Chris Yee . Partner Gordon Hart handled land use and environmental issues, along with associates S. Jodi Smith and David Hamsher .
