Attorneys from Davis Polk & Wardwell and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati are helping Internet radio company Pandora Media Inc. with an initial public offering, according to the company’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Oakland-based company plans to raise as much as $100 million but did not say how many shares it would offer or at what price. It’s aiming to capitalize on its growing audience and renewed demand for dot-com investments and will become the first Internet music company to go public since Napster went bankrupt in 2002.
