Electronic discovery solutions provider SFL Data has promoted Andy Crain to vice president of forensics and collections. Before joining SFL, Crain served as the computer forensics lab director at SafirRosetti Global Options. He received his J.D. from Colorado University School of Law in 2000.
SNR Denton has elevated Stephanie Zeppa to counsel. Zeppa focuses on corporate and securities matters, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture capital financings. She graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1999.
