SAN FRANCISCO — The management reshuffle District Attorney George Gascón announced Wednesday evening suggests his love for statistics will help shape the office over the next months.
Gascón outlined an overall plan to handle more cases with the same number of resources, but — in words sure to resonate with prosecutors — said the office needed better funding and lower caseloads.
