SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley and San Francisco are advising Berkeley-based pharmaceutical company Plexxikon Inc. in an acquisition worth up to $935 million by one of Japan’s largest drug companies, Daiichi Sankyo Co.
Silicon Valley corporate partners Alan Mendelson, Peter Kerman, Joshua Dubofsky and Gregory Chin led the deal team, along with associates Benjamin Potter, Mark Bekheit and Elizabeth Sharma.
