SACRAMENTO — A freshman assemblyman is calling on fellow legislators to pull the plug on funding for the judiciary’s Court Case Management System.
Luis Alejo, D-Watsonville, said in a Feb. 28 letter to the Budget Conference Committee that CCMS costs are “out of control” and a threat to normal trial court operations.
