SAN FRANCISCO — Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell continued its California expansion this week, picking up 12 lawyers from Bullivant Houser Bailey’s Sacramento office and another in San Francisco.
For Texas-based Locke Lord, which opened in San Francisco with a 30-lawyer acquisition in 2009, the move bolsters not only its California presence but also its international practice, as many of the lawyers have Chinese clients. Locke Lord opened a Hong Kong office two months ago.
