SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Silicon Valley and San Francisco represented Sunnyvale-based Accuray Inc. in its $277 million acquisition of TomoTherapy Inc.
The two companies develop different types of advanced radiation treatments for cancer, and the deal will create a much larger radiation oncology company, nearly doubling Accuray’s sales.
