SAN FRANCISCO — Goodwin Procter corporate partner Ryan Murr has joined Ropes & Gray’s San Francisco office.
Murr, 39, represents companies and investors in the life sciences and technology industries. His practice at Goodwin primarily focused on helping companies, investors and underwriters in connection with securities offerings, and that’s likely to continue at Ropes, he said.
