SAN FRANCISCO — Flash-memory device maker Spansion Inc. has named Scot Griffin as its new general counsel.
Griffin reports to President and CEO John Kispert, and oversees all legal activities, including commercial contract negotiation, litigation, corporate governance and securities compliance. He joins Sunnyvale-based Spansion after working as an in-house lawyer at Tessera Inc. and Intel Corp.
