SAN FRANCISCO — One of the last loose ends in Howrey’s Northern California saga has been tied up: Silicon Valley IP litigator Lloyd “Rusty” Day Jr. has made it official that he’s joining Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr as partner.
Howrey announced in the second week of March that it would be dissolving.
