Robert Harkins and Jennifer Ming, formerly of Howrey, have joined Sedgwick. They both focus on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation. Harkins, a partner, received his J.D. from UC-Davis School of Law in 1995. Ming, an associate, graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 2008.
William “Bill” Piels has been named a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. Piels, the executive partner of Holland & Knight‘s San Francisco office, focuses on aircraft lease and financing transactions. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Oregon School of Law.
