Shearman Team Helps Client Buy Shopzilla

SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Shearman & Sterling in San Francisco and Menlo Park represented private equity firm Symphony Technology Group in its $165 million purchase of Shopzilla Inc. from Scripps Networks Interactive Inc.

The San Francisco-based M&A team was led by partner Steve Camahort and associates Jeffrey Wolf and Josh Reynolds.
