Dialogic Inc. of San Jose develops software and hardware products used in Internet-protocol communications systems, products sold to telecommunications service providers and very large businesses. Founded in 2001, Dialogic has 900 employees and more than 40 offices around the globe to handle sales, support and training.
The company tripled its number of employees and revenues last fall when the old Dialogic Corp. merged with Veraz Networks Inc. The combined company (Nasdaq: DLGC) has annual revenues of about $250 million.
