SAN FRANCISCO — Downey Brand has recruited leading land use attorney Christian Marsh from environmental law boutique Briscoe Ivester & Bazel.
Marsh, who counts East Bay Municipal Utility District, BrightSource Energy Inc. and D.R. Horton Inc. as clients, joined as partner on May 19. His addition brings Downey Brand’s fledgling San Francisco office to four lawyers.
