SAN FRANCISCO — Daniel Zimmermann has left SNR Denton to join Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr in Palo Alto as a partner in the firm’s corporate and venture capital practices.
Zimmermann had helped lead SNR Denton’s venture technology practice, advising emerging-growth companies and technology startups on corporate and corporate finance matters. He wasn’t unhappy at SNR Denton after Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal merged last year with the U.K. firm Denton Wilde Sapte to create the 1,400-lawyer firm, he said.
