SAN FRANCISCO — Laywers in Silicon Valley are helping a cleantech company in Petaluma and a wireless-networking technology company in San Jose file plans to go public.
Attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto are advising Ubiquiti Networks Inc., which filed for a $200 million IPO today. That team includes corporate partners Robert Latta and Julia Reigel.
