Jacqueline Hill filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition with the assistance of Claudia Plotnick. Plotnick was a Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) under Arizona law. Plotnick filed a disclosure pursuant to Bankruptcy Code §110(h)(2), indicating that she received $250 for her Petition Preparer services.
