Jon Rubin has joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck as a partner in the natural resources department. Rubin, who most recently was with Diepenbrock Harrison, focuses his practice on water law. He graduated from New York Law School in 1998.

Joseph Giunta has joined Proskauer Rose as senior counsel in Los Angeles. Formerly a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Giunta is a member of the mergers and acquisitions group. He graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 1976.
