SAN FRANCISCO — Frederick Furth and his stepson, Ben Furth, have settled their long-running dispute over millions of dollars.

Fred Furth, 77, a San Francisco antitrust plaintiffs’ attorney known for blockbuster wins in his heyday, reached a confidential agreement with Ben Furth in June following private mediation with Richard Zitrin of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson, court documents show.
