SACRAMENTO — The Administrative Office of the Courts backtracked today on a press release issued Wednesday saying trial courts would take an 8.8 percent hit this year under a proposal endorsed by a Judicial Council committee.
That figure is closer to 6.7 percent, an AOC statement said today.
