San Francisco attorneys stunned by the court’s plans to shut down most of its civil courtrooms later this year joined court officials in sounding the alarms Tuesday.
Plaintiff and defense attorneys say the pain will be felt across the board by businesses and by individuals with disputes over debt, housing, child custody and divorce proceedings, among other matters.
