Sideman & Bancroft has added Monica Mazzei as a partner. Mazzei, who was previously with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, focuses her practice on family law and specializes in dissolution actions involving complicated valuation and financial matters, as well as complex community property and support issues. She graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2002.
Garth Osterman has rejoined Reed Smith as a partner focusing on mergers and acquisitions, divestiture transactions, buyouts and private equity. Osterman, who was most recently with DLA Piper, was a partner at Reed Smith from 2006 to 2007. He received his J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law in 1996.
