SACRAMENTO — A Los Angeles judge with a record of discipline for questionable courtroom behavior was publicly admonished today by the Commission on Judicial Performance.
The judicial watchdog agency said Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Joan Comparet-Cassani improperly revoked a defendant’s pro per status after she accused him of lying about who prepared his filings.
