SAN FRANCISCO — The Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has affirmed the dismissal of patent infringement lawsuits filed against genetic-testing instrument maker Affymetrix Inc. by rival Illumina Inc.
Attorneys from Latham & Watkins represented Santa Clara-based Affymetrix with a team that included partners Roger Chin in San Francisco, Ron Shulman in Menlo Park and Richard Bress in Washington, D.C.
