SAN FRANCISCO — Lisa Berry, the former general counsel for Juniper Networks Inc. and KLA-Tencor Corp. accused of backdating stock options, has submitted a settlement offer to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
SEC attorney Susan LaMarca filed papers late Friday with the Northern District Court in San Jose, indicating that Berry’s attorneys had submitted a signed settlement offer to the SEC’s regional office, which is recommending it be approved.
