SAN FRANCISCO — In a rare move for its Orange County office, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added a lateral partner.
Michael Flynn came aboard Friday from Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, where he was chairman of the corporate and securities practice and of the firm’s six-member executive committee.
