SACRAMENTO — The Judicial Council will consider a financial aid package for San Francisco Superior Court on Friday that includes potential new requirements and restrictions that weren’t part of the original agreement between the court and the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Under terms of the late-August pact, signed by AOC Chief Deputy Director Ronald Overholt and San Francisco Superior Court Executive T. Michael Yuen, the AOC would provide the court with $2.5 million in emergency funding plus an existing $650,000 grant to partially fund complex litigation courtrooms.
