SAN FRANCISCO — Bernadino Pistillo Jr. has joined Morrison & Foerster as a tax partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. Pistillo, who had been a partner at Shearman & Sterling in New York City, has a practice that focuses on the federal tax aspects of international M&A transactions.
