George Yu has joined Schiff Hardin as counsel. Yu, who was previously with O’Melveny & Myers, focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on patent infringement and technology-related trade secret misappropriation. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1997.
Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has added Benjamin Delancy to the firm’s employee benefits practice group as a partner. Delancy, who will be based in the Washington and San Francisco offices, was formerly with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He earned his J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law in 1977.
