SAN FRANCISCO — The U.S. Department of Energy has finalized a $1.2 billion loan guarantee to Mojave Solar for the development of the 250-megawatt Mojave Solar Project in San Bernardino County.
And to help secure the loan, attorneys from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Los Angeles represented the project’s sponsor, Abengoa Solar Inc., an international company based in Spain.
