SAN FRANCISCO — U.S. District Chief Judge James Ware on Monday unsealed the Proposition 8 trial video, finding no compelling reason to keep from the public a part of the court record.
Ware, however, stayed his ruling until Sept. 30 in anticipation of an appeal.
