SAN FRANCISCO — Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is opening an office in Brussels to serve clients dealing with antitrust issues in Europe.
It will open with seven lawyers and be led by Michael Rosenthal, formerly managing partner of Hunton & Williams’ Brussels office. He also chaired the European arm of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice. “It’s a great opportunity for a young guy like me, one of those you don’t want to miss,” Rosenthal said. “Wilson Sonsini had great visibility in Brussels already, so I was very familiar with their work. This is really a nice fit for Wilson Sonsini and our team.”
