Jennifer Frasier Hayes has joined Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps as special counsel in the firm’s bankruptcy and insolvency practice group. Hayes previously served as a law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Carlson. She received her J.D. in 1994 and her LL.M. in 1995 in empirical bankruptcy studies from University of Texas School of Law.

Hinshaw & Culbertson has added Maria Quintero as an associate. Quintero, who was previously with Hayes Scott Bonino Ellingson & McLay, handles insurance coverage matters, including bad faith claims, at the trial and appellate level. She graduated in 2002 from Santa Clara University School of Law.
