SAN FRANCISCO — A California appeal court on Tuesday revived a lawsuit against San Jose over a crime lab report that a police officer fabricated.
The plaintiff in the case says the police and prosecutors tried to railroad him into a conviction in the sexual assault of a developmentally disabled neighbor in 2005.
