SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys at Latham & Watkins in Menlo Park are helping Yahoo Inc. buy online advertising company Interclick Inc. in a cash deal valued at about $270 million.
Corporate partner Ora Fisher led Latham’s team, along with M&A partner Jamie Leigh. Other California attorneys on the team include antitrust partner Hanno Kaiser in San Francisco, along with tax partner Laurence Stein and associate Eric Cho in Los Angeles. Associates James Metz in Silicon Valley and Julie Crisp in Los Angeles worked on benefits and compensation.
