SACRAMENTO – For the California Medical Association, recent years have been like the legal version of the movie “Groundhog Day.”
Just last Monday the doctors lobby joined in a lawsuit against the state and federal governments for approving a 10 percent cut in reimbursement rates for doctors serving 10 million poor Californians enrolled in Medi-Cal.
