SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Silicon Valley helped Skyworks Solutions Inc. and Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. resolve their dispute and reach a new merger agreement during a confidential arbitration hearing this week before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

It’s believed to be the first case heard under a controversial new mechanism enacted by Delaware in 2009 and adopted by the Chancery Court in January 2010.
